a self syndication network that encourages and promotes current horror hosts, most of whom, through production and sponsorship, are fulfilling a valuable public service by continuing to support and advance local television traditions.

the Network is made up exclusively of the Hosts who participate by sending out their shows and particularly by the exceptional Hosts that Sponsor their fellow host's shows at their local public access tv stations or on their websites.
